Charter Oak Cultural Center and Full Force Dance Theatre presents For Lovers Only II, a Valentines Day program of passion and romance as experienced through dance and envisioned through the mesmerizing choreography of FFDT Artistic Director Katie Stevinson-Nollet.  This eclectic evening of modern dance will move you to laugh and cry all at once.  Works include the ever popular and nostalgic work "Love Suite Love" danced to a suite of 1950's torch songs.  Quirky, sweet, romantic and fun describe the whimsical "Love Suite Love".  Guest Artist Patrick Nollet sets his classic solo "Psyche" on new company member Kristen Himmelberger.  "Kiss" is another dance that will have your lovers arms wrapped around you by the end.  This quintet is melt-in-your-mouth romantic, originally inspired by Gustav Klimt's painting "The Kiss", with music by Arvo Part. "Common Ground" is the premier work featured for the evening.  With music by local composer David Macbride, this work approaches the relationships of sound, movement and the human condition on more than one level by exploring a series of partnerships.  Students from the Hartt School will perform Stevinson-Nollets "Bal Musette".
